Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of renewalporch.study and the Renewal Porch service provided by Renewal Porch LLC. By using them, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Renewal Porch is a free calendar and reminder service for recurring subscriptions. Reminders are informational and depend on the details you enter. Renewal Porch does not make payments, recharge lines, cancel subscriptions, or act on any third-party account for you.
3. It’s free
Renewal Porch is provided free of charge. We do not take payments and will never request card details. Any optional paid feature introduced in the future would be clearly disclosed and require your separate, express agreement.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Renewal Porch.
5. Access and your information
After you submit the form, we text a personal link to your number. Keep it private and make sure the details you enter are accurate — reminders are only as correct as the information provided.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Renewal Porch name, logo, website, and software belong to Renewal Porch LLC and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Independence
Renewal Porch is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any telecommunications carrier, bank, streaming platform, or other provider. Third-party names you enter remain the property of their owners.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Network or device issues can delay reminders, and delivery of every reminder cannot be guaranteed. Always confirm dates and terms with your provider.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renewal Porch LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including charges or service interruptions caused by third parties. Our total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
11. Dispute resolution; arbitration
Most concerns can be resolved by emailing us first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized US arbitration provider, on an individual basis. You and Renewal Porch LLC waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first use by emailing info@renewalporch.study. This section does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small-claims court.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
13. Termination and contact
